Design Transforms is a lecture series from the Product, Ceramic and Industrial Design programme at Central Saint Martins, where expert practitioners are invited to share their thoughts on the idea of transformation examined through the lens of their work.

Konrad Jünger is the co-founder of the Berlin-based design studio JÜNGERKÜHN, which he established in 2023 alongside Verena Kühn.

In his practice, Konrad explores digital craft, combining digital control and robotics with the physical behaviour of analogue materials. Approaching technology as a collaborator rather than a tool for reproduction, he focuses on designing processes that embrace material autonomy and unpredictability.
