Design Transforms is a lecture series from the Product, Ceramic and Industrial Design programme at Central Saint Martins, where expert practitioners are invited to share their thoughts on the idea of transformation examined through the lens of their work.
Rodrigo Garcia Gonzalez is a designer, architect, and inventor. He is co-founder and co-CEO of Notpla, a start-up working to make plastic packaging disappear. Their first product, Ooho, is an edible seaweed bubble that holds water or other liquids. It has been used at major sports events, including the London Marathon and Roland-Garros.
Please note that this event will be documented. Images and videos of the event could be used by Central Saint Martins for marketing and publicity in publications or online.
